Tracey is our Service Manager and our go-to person for all of your auto service-related questions. He is ready to answer the phone and handle all of your automotive service needs. In fact, Tracy is probably the person you'll talk to whenever calling us to set up an appointment, ask questions about our services, or just to say hello!
To describe Tracey, he is honest, direct and straight to the point when it comes to telling you about your vehicle's service needs. He is simply unable to say something that he does not believe to be true, so you can be completely confident that your vehicle will be taken care of fairly and honestly.
Prior to coming to Helwig Auto, Tracey's career has included 7 1/2 years at Weaver Auto Parts and 8 1/2 years Iowa County Chrysler.
Tracey is married to Amanda, and has 5 children. When he has some free time, he enjoys to do things with his family, go four-wheeling, hunting, fishing, and camping.
